Registration

The registration website for the conference is now open. Please note that on-site registrations are strongly discouraged.  

Your conference registration fee provides you with access to the conference's academic and general social events. It also includes an individual BALAS membership, valid through December 31 of the conference year. To take advantage of the early bird rate, be sure to register by February 7th.

The special doctoral student rates are available to active doctoral students only; post-doctoral fellows and inactive/paused doctoral students do not qualify.

Cancellation policy: Cancelations received up to 30 days before the start of the conference will be subject to an administrative fee of $25 USD. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the conference or no-shows will be subject to a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the registration fee.

BALAS institutional members and other designated individuals can register for the conference without paying the registration fee. If you are an institutional member representative, you will receive an email with your registration code and instructions.
