The 2020 BALAS Annual Conference was hosted online September 23th-25th, using the www.hopin.to platform by Universidad de La Salle/Colombia and BALAS, with the support of: University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras, Universidad de Los Andes, Esan University and Universidad de Chile. Over 100 authors and over 220 attendees participate in the online event. Additionally we hosted three Plenary Sessions:
1. Case Development Workshop with Prof. Michael Goldman, from Emerging Markets Case Studies (Emerald)
2. The Meet the Editors Panel with editors: Paul Justin (Intnl. Journal of Consumer Studies and European Mktg. Journal); Carlos Pombo (Academia- Revista Latinoamericana de Administración, EMERALD), Joao Mauricio Boaventura (RBHN-Revista Brasileira do Gestao de Negocios) and Prof. Michael Goldman
