The School of Management at Universidad de los Andes seeks applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position in Analytics. The ideal candidate should have experience or a strong interest in analytics, including visualization, data mining, multivariate methods, and supply chain analytics. Additionally, candidates should be proficient in programming languages commonly used in analytics, such as Python or R, and have a solid understanding of machine learning techniques and their applications in business decision-making.
Preference will be given to candidates with a clear commitment to research, particularly in the areas of applied analytics, data-driven decision-making, supply chain analytics and emerging technologies. A dedication to the continuous improvement of teaching and course content at both the undergraduate and graduate levels is also highly valued.
The School of Management at the University of Los Andes seeks applications to fill several full-time positions at the assistant professor level in Finance. Preference will be given to faculty with a strong commitment to research in this field, demonstrated by a record of publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, and who will engage in the design, delivery, assessment of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Nonetheless, according to the candidate's qualifications, we will consider other fields such as investments, quantitative risk management, and international finance.
Universidad de los Andes School of Management (UASM) is located in Bogota, Colombia. It is one of the ten constitutive academic schools within Universidad de los Andes (Uniandes), its parent institution.
