Conference Venue

The conference will be held at the Hotel Hacienda Marriott Belen, Costa Rica.

In addition, some sessions will be held at the INCAE campus.

• Address: INCAE Business School. Campus Walter Kissling Gam. La Garita de Alajuela 1km West of Vivero Procesa. Alajuela, CR.

Important: On the days when the sessions take place at INCAE´s campus, transportation will be provided from the Hotel Hacienda Marriott Belen to the INCAE campus. Pick-up and drop-off times will be communicated in a timely manner.

Arriving in Costa Rica

The closest airport to the conference venue is Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). It is recommended that you acquire an international medical/travel insurance in your country.

In addition, each participant is advised to inquire about the requirements to enter the country. As a general guideline, some minimum requirements might be:

1. Passport valid for more than 6 months at the date of entry.
2. Visa, when required according to Costa Rican government guidelines. You can consult the current information HERE.
3. We recommend that you check with the nearest Embassy for entry requirements.
4. Round trip ticket.
5. Demonstrate financial solvency by means of a credit card or cash of at least US$100 per day in the country. This amount may vary by country of entry.
6. People coming from South American countries must present the International Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccine, issued within 10 days prior to their arrival to Costa Rica. This is an indispensable requirement. If in the 10 days prior to entering Costa Rica you were in a South American country, even if you do not come directly from there, you must also present the International Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccine.
