The Latin American Job Market (LAJM) is an interactive event that enable schools to meet with job candidates in live interviews. The LAJM seeks to position itself as the preferred virtual meeting room for networking by universities and business schools in need to recruit academics.

Our mission is to build bridges for Latin American Ph.D. Candidates, young scholars, and faculty that would like to explore options within and outside Latin America, as well as recruiters interested in international talent, with a more significant focus on Latin American talent.

The interviews will take place during the BALAS annual conference or online (if requested by the school), to be held at INCAE in April, 8-11, 2025.
