Registration

Registration for the conference will open soon. Please note that on-site registrations are strongly discouraged.  

Your conference registration fee provides you with access to the conference's academic and general social events. It also includes an individual BALAS membership, valid through December 31 of the conference year. To take advantage of the early bird rate, be sure to register by December 20, 2026.

* Authors and presenters must register and attend the conference for their names to be included in the official conference program.

** The special doctoral student rates are available to active doctoral students only; post-doctoral fellows and inactive/paused doctoral students do not qualify.

*** Late registration is priced at the Regular rate plus a $300 surcharge. A late registrant gets attendee access only — no listing in the official program and no paper or case presentation, regardless of submission status.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received up to 30 days before the start of the conference will be subject to an administrative fee of $25 USD. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the conference or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the registration fee.

BALAS institutional members and other designated individuals can register for the conference without paying the registration fee. If you are an institutional member representative, you will receive an email with your registration code and instructions.
