2025.R1 - Professors and Academics - Early Bird Rate – $455.00
Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st).

2025.R2 - Professors and Academics - Regular Rate – $510.00
Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st).
2025.R3 - Doctoral Students - Early Bird Rate – $155.00
Available to doctoral students only (post-doctoral fellows already holding a doctoral degree do not qualify). Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st).

2025.R4 - Doctoral Students - Regular Rate – $205.00
Available to doctoral students only (post-doctoral fellows already holding a doctoral degree do not qualify). Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st).

Special Note

Authors and presenters must register and attend the conference for their names to be included in the official conference program.

Conference Guests

Guest registration provides access only to the conference's general social events. Please do not register as a guest if you plan to attend any of the academic sessions of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations received up to 30 days before the start of the conference will be subject to an administrative fee of $25 USD. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the conference or no-shows will be subject to a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Photography and Video

By registering for the BALAS Annual Conference and Doctoral Colloquium, you agree to be photographed and filmed by the conference organizers or their authorized agents for the purposes of documentation, promotion, and dissemination of the conference activities. You also consent to the use of your image and voice in any media platform related to the conference, such as websites, social media, newsletters, podcasts, or videos.
