Founded in 1973, Instituto de Empresa (IE) is an independent, international business school regularly recognized as one of the world top 40 leaders in management education by BusinessWeek, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Economist. IE's flagship International MBA and Executive MBA programs are consistently ranked among the best in the world by The Financial Times . Online education: IE is a pioneer in Europe in the development of online learning for professionals and executives. In 2002, IE unveiled its online executive education division, IE Online Unit, backed by an investment of 12 million Euros.
