Conference Registration - will be open from this site in January 2011

Your conference registration fee includes:

• Full BALAS membership for one year
• Participation in the Conference sessions
• Conference documentation and materials
• Lunch and coffee-breaks during the Conference
• Welcome cocktail on Wednesday, April 13, 2011
• Gala dinner on Thursday, April 14, 2011
• Scheduled transportation between the conference hotel and the conference venue

 Please note that your conference registration fee does NOT include, among others:

• Accommodations in Santiago. You may stay at the Conference official hotels or at any other hotel at your own discretion.
• Transportation to and from the airport
• Any other costs related to your stay in Santiago (laundry services, telephone calls, meals, etc.)

Presenters

Conference rooms will be equipped with PCs and audiovisual equipment. Presenters have to bring their own presentation in a USB memory to be uploaded prior to their session.
Remember that authors must register and present their paper at the conference in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
